Before arrival:
• Parents to take their children’s temperatures each day before camp. They must not come to camp if they have a temperature (over 37.7c)
• If a child feels unwell at all on the day of the academy, they should not come.
• Parents must explain social distancing and basic hygiene to their children before they attend, and ensure their children understand these rules and the reasons for them (where possible, age considered).
• Parents should ensure children are wearing clean clothes.
• Children should bring a large, refillable water bottle, a packed lunch (NO NUTS), suncream, sunhat, waterproof jacket (if possible).
• Children should bring all their belongings in one clearly labelled bag that they are able to carry without help.
• Children will need to be able to apply sunscreen by themselves when at the academy. Please ensure they have had it applied before they arrive
• Siblings may be in separate groups, so must have separate bags with their lunch, water, own sun cream in etc. Children in different groups will not be able to mix or share things.

Buzzers Academies provide active, affordable and reliable childcare during the school holidays. Our qualified, DBS checked coaches provide a welcoming, caring environment for your child. A variety of sports and activities are on offer to keep your children happy and safe! …………… Academy breakdown; 8.30am: Extended Day children arrive & register. All children go straight in to a full group game on arrival. 9.00am: First Sport/Activity (full group or small groups). 10.00am: Academy Day children arrive and register. All children go straight in to a full group game on arrival. 10.30am: Academy rules explained and details of the day discussed with children. 10.45am: Second Sport/Activity (full group or small groups). 11.30am: Break & supervised free play. 12.00pm: Third Sport/Activity (full group or small groups). 12.30pm: Lunch 1.15pm: Fourth Sport/Activity (full group or small groups). 2.00pm: Fifth Sport/Activity (full group or small groups). 3.00pm: Break & supervised free play. 3.30pm: Sixth Sport/Activity (full group or small groups). 4.00pm: Academy Day children are collected. All remaining children continue previous sport. 4.15pm: Seventh Sport/Activity (full group or small groups). 5.00pm: Eighth Sport/Activity (full group or small groups). 5.30pm: Extended Day children collected. ACADEMY END.

Thank you for booking on to our Buzzers academy Holiday Camp. Just a quick email to let you know some of the things we would kindly ask you to do prior to bringing your child to our camp.
